Dear Students and Colleagues,
The English language session of the “Varga Tamás Days” Annual Conference on Mathematics Education is seeking for contributors and interested participants. The aim of the English Language Section is to give an opportunity to researchers to share their results and ideas in Mathematics and Science Education and in the history of these fields. After the presentations, posters, and discussions there will be a workshop on current mathematics and mathematics education related research postgraduate programmes and scholarship opportunities in European and American universities.
The conference will take place in Eötvös Lorand University Budapest, 6-7 November 2009.

Registration is free.
The session will be chaired by Zsolt Lavicza, University of Cambridge.
Proposals for talks and posters are invited to be submitted to the Organisers.
The abstract must be written in English and should include author’s full name followed by affiliation, city, country, and e-mail address.
The length of the abstracts should be between 100 and 300 words.
